为了探索在不同教学模式下实施棒垒球教学对学生体质健康促进的影响,课题组采用常规教学和竞赛法教学两种模式、对166名棒垒球俱乐部学生、实施了为期15周的教学实验。结果显示:实验前、后在力量、速度、耐力和柔韧等身体素质达标成绩方面,常规组学生成绩提高显著( P<0.05);竞赛组学生成绩提高非常显著( P<0.001);且两组男生引体向上成绩提高特别显著。结论是两种模式棒垒球教学,均对男生上肢力量发展有非常显著促进作用;均对学生速度、耐力、柔韧等身体素质提高有明显促进作用;竞赛法教学模式在提高学生身体素质方面具有明显优势。

In order to explore how different baseball teach-ing models affect college students’ physical health,this re-search group takes two different teaching models, which are Regular Teaching and Competitive Teaching. We have carried out 1 15 - week teaching experiment on 166 students from the Baseball Club in our institute. The final result demonstrates that the performances of the students from Regular Team in force, speed as well as flexibility have been improved greatly ( P<0. 05 ) , while students’ performance from Experimental Group have been even better(P<0. 001). Moreover,boy students’ chin-ups have been improved sharply. Thus, we can make a conclusion that the two teaching models mentioned above both have a positive effect on boys’ upper limp,as well as their speed, endurance, flexibility, and so on. Competitive Teaching model has an obvious advantage over students’ physical health.
