目的：探讨丹参和泼尼松龙合用以及单独使用泼尼松龙治疗口腔黏膜下纤维化的临床疗效。方法：收治口腔黏膜下纤维化患者86例，随机分为两组，分别采用丹参联合泼尼松龙，或者单独采用泼尼松龙。经过3个月的治疗后，比较使用药物前后患者的病损面积、张口度和疼痛指数。在此基础上，比较两组的临床疗效。结果：丹参与泼尼松龙联合用药治疗口腔黏膜下纤维化，不仅可以减少泼尼松龙带来的不良反应，还可以促进患者康复。结论：丹参联合泼尼松龙治疗口腔黏膜下纤维化具有明显优势。

목적：탐토단삼화발니송룡합용이급단독사용발니송룡치료구강점막하섬유화적림상료효。방법：수치구강점막하섬유화환자86례，수궤분위량조，분별채용단삼연합발니송룡，혹자단독채용발니송룡。경과3개월적치료후，비교사용약물전후환자적병손면적、장구도화동통지수。재차기출상，비교량조적림상료효。결과：단삼여발니송룡연합용약치료구강점막하섬유화，불부가이감소발니송룡대래적불량반응，환가이촉진환자강복。결론：단삼연합발니송룡치료구강점막하섬유화구유명현우세。
Objective:To explore the effects of salvia miltiorrhiza combined with prednisolone and prednisolone alone in the treatment of oral submucous fibrosis.Methods:86 patients with oral submucous fibrosis were selected,they were randomly divided into two groups,they were treated with salvia miltiorrhiza combined with prednisolone and prednisolone alone respectively.After three months of treatment,we compared the lesion area,mouth opening and pain index before and after drug use.On this basis,the clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared.Results:Salvia miltiorrhiza and prednisolone combination therapy for oral submucous fibrosis can not only reduce the adverse reactions caused by prednisolone,but also can promote the rehabilitation of patients.Conclusion:Salvia miltiorrhiza combined with prednisolone treatment for oral submucous fibrosis had obvious advantages.
