以钛酸丁酯、过氧化氢、无水乙醇等为原料,二氧化硅为载体,硝酸镧为掺杂物,采用静电自组装方法制备二氧化钛光催化剂,同时利用紫外-可见分光光度计、红外光谱仪、激光粒度仪对所制备的二氧化钛进行表征和分析。结果表明,采用静电自组装制备的二氧化钛光催化剂平均粒径为44.4μm;镧掺杂后的二氧化钛比纯二氧化钛的光催化性能有较大提高;当目标降解物甲基橙溶液浓度为15 mg/ L,催化剂加入量为0.30 g,镧掺杂量为4%时,降解效果最好。

Butyl titanate,hydrogen peroxide,anhydrous ethanol as raw materials,silicon dioxide as a carri-er,lanthanum nitrate as dopant,titanium dioxide photocatalyst were prepared by electrostatic self-assembly method;Titanium dioxide were characterized and analyzed using ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometer,in-frared spectrometer,laser particle size instrument at the same time. The results show that:the average par-ticle size of titanium dioxide photocatalyst is 44. 4 μm;Lanthanum doped TiO2 than pure TiO2 photocata-lytic performance has improved greatly;When the target degradation of methyl orange solution concentra-tion of 15 mg / L,the catalyst amount of 0. 30 g,lanthanum doped amount of 4% ,the degradation effect is best.
