目的：探讨实施早期肠内营养治疗对胃肠手术后患者的治疗效果。方法选取2012年7月～2014年7月我院收治的胃肠手术患者60例，随机分为观察组及对照组各30例。比较两组患者的临床疗效，治疗前后胃肠功能变化，胃肠道功能改善及排气、术后住院接受恢复治疗时间等及并发症。结果两组患者治疗前ALB，PA及淋巴细胞计数比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；治疗后的淋巴细胞计数，PA，ALB与对照组相比，观察组明显增高（P＜0.05）。对照组的胃肠道功能改善，肛门排气及术后住院时间明显高于观察组（P＜0.05）。观察组的总有效率为93.33％，明显高于对照组的80.00％，两组比较差异显著（P＜0.05）。观察组的并发症总发生率明显低于对照组（13.33％ vs 20.00％，P＜0.05）。结论早期肠内营养治疗可以明显改善胃肠手术后患者的临床症状，提高治愈率，减少并发症。
목적：탐토실시조기장내영양치료대위장수술후환자적치료효과。방법선취2012년7월～2014년7월아원수치적위장수술환자60례，수궤분위관찰조급대조조각30례。비교량조환자적림상료효，치료전후위장공능변화，위장도공능개선급배기、술후주원접수회복치료시간등급병발증。결과량조환자치료전ALB，PA급림파세포계수비교，차이무통계학의의（P＞0.05）；치료후적림파세포계수，PA，ALB여대조조상비，관찰조명현증고（P＜0.05）。대조조적위장도공능개선，항문배기급술후주원시간명현고우관찰조（P＜0.05）。관찰조적총유효솔위93.33％，명현고우대조조적80.00％，량조비교차이현저（P＜0.05）。관찰조적병발증총발생솔명현저우대조조（13.33％ vs 20.00％，P＜0.05）。결론조기장내영양치료가이명현개선위장수술후환자적림상증상，제고치유솔，감소병발증。
ObjectiveTo explore the implementation effect of early enteral nutrition therapy on the patients after gastrointestinal operation. Methods 60 patients with gastrointestinal operation from July 2012 to July 2014 in our hospital, were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 30 cases in each group. The clinical efficacy, gastrointestinal function parameters before and after treatment, gastrointestinal function improvement time, exhaust time, postoperative treatment and recovery time and complications of patients in the two groups were compared.Results There were no significant difference in the ALB,PA and lymphocyte count before treatment between the two groups(P>0.05); the ALB, PA and lymphocyte count of observation group after treatment were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). The gastrointestinal function improved time, anal exhaust time and postoperative treatment and recovery time in observation group were significantly shorter than those in control group (P<0.05). The total effective rate of observation group was 93.33%, significantly higher than the control group of 80.00% (P<0.05).The total incidence rate of complications of observation group were 13.33%, significantly lower than the control group of 20.00% (P<0.05).Conclusion Early enteral nutrition therapy can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients after gastrointestinal operation, improve the cure rate, reduce complications.
