ATM已成为中国部分商业银行最大的交易渠道,我国ATM保有量2014年已在全世界排名第一,在分流柜面业务、降低运营成本、提高运营效率等方面发挥了重要作用.在梳理ATM核心业务的基础上,以某商业银行A为样本,选取历时8个月的一手数据,探讨验证了ATM现金存取款异常行为的类型划分,提出了交易金额和频率两项主要维度. 针对交易主体的特征提出存取款人数与持卡数的两维划分,并尝试区别结构化与非结构化客户. 最后,对监管机构和金融机构分别提出若干建议,以进一步改善ATM现金保障和运营服务.

ATM has become the largest channel in some Chinese Leading Commercial Banks, while the number of ATMs in China has been the first all over the world since 2014. ATMs play an important role in the diversion counter service , reduce operating costs and improving operating efficiency. On the basis of ATMs' core business, we selected 8 months first-hand data to test the four two-dimensional types in A commercial bank of ATM abnormal behaviors in cash deposit and withdrawals. Base on the characters of customers, we proposed further four types in customer number and card number, and tried to distinguish the structural customers and unstructured customers. In the end , the paper proposed some suggestions to supervise institutions and commercial organizations , which tried to improve cash guarantee and operation services.
