能源互联网是信息与能源深度融合的产物，更充分的信息获取，将提升资源优化配置效率。基于信息经济学原理，分析了能源与信息融合对能源市场资源配置效率的提升作用；进而提出了能源互联网交易的微平衡理论，并在此基础上分析了能源互联网的商业模式和市场机制相比传统集中式能源交易的七大发展趋势。最后对能源互联网现有的以及可能存在的商业模式进行了归纳分析，对能源互联网商业模式与市场机制的发展给出了相应的政策与建议。

Deep fusion of E-net with traditional energy system greatly promotes E-net development. In this paper, based on information economics, increasing effect of energy-information fusion on energy market resource allocation efficiency is analyzed. Micro balance theory of E-net transactions is proposed. On this basis, compared with traditional centralized energy trade, seven major trends of E-net business model and market mechanism are analyzed. Finally, existing and possible E-net business models are summarized and analyzed. Corresponding policies and suggestions on development of E-net business model and market mechanism are presented.
