香港公共卫生体制和内地相比，具有一定的独特性。本文从香港公共卫生的组织框架、传染病防控工作的政策法规两个方面入手，简要地介绍了香港公共卫生体制的整体概况。通过分析香港公共卫生体制的特点，同内地公共卫生体制进行对比，提出我国进一步发展和强化公共卫生体系的建议。
