Lei Yue-long is an important government ofifcial, came from Xinxing Yunnan (Yuxi today)during the late of Dynasty Ming and the Dynasty Southern-Ming, served as the Director of the Board of Rites.The year of Lei Yue long being the Director of the Board of Rites is not in the period of Chongzhen or Chongzhen Sxteenth, but in Yong-Li Tenth in the Southern-Ming Dynasty.
