建立了高效液相色谱法测定高三尖杉酯碱含量的方法。采用超声波辅助提取高三尖杉酯碱,利用 C18色谱柱,以甲醇:醋酸铵(53:47,V/ V)为流动相,用二极管阵列检测器(检测波长290 nm)对高三尖杉酯碱进行测定,流速1.0 mL/ min,柱温25℃。结果表明,在0.12~1.2 mg/ mL 的范围内呈良好的线性关系,相关系数 R =0.99994,回收率为97.02%~99.74%。方法操作简便、快速、灵敏度较高,适用于高三尖杉酯碱的测定。

A HPLC method is established for determination of Homoharringtonine in Cephalotaxus sinesis. Homoharringtonine was extracted by ultrasonic,separated on column C18 with methanol-ammonium acetate (53 : 47,V/ V)as mobile phase,detected by diode array detector(290 nm). And the flow rate was 1. 0 mL/ min,the column temperature is 25 ℃. The results showed that hydroquinone is considered as having a good linear relation in the range of 0. 12 ~ 1. 2 mg / mL,the respective correlation of Homohar-ringtonine was 0. 999 94,the recovery rate was 97. 02% ~ 99. 74% . It’s an easily carry out,rapid way with high sensitivity to determine the content of Homoharringtonine.
