建立了高效液相色谱法测定食品接触性纸制包装材料中的11种荧光增白剂(FWA85、FWA351、FWA 52、FWA 184、FWA 199、FWA 367、FWA 368、FWA 378、FWA 393、FWA 185、FWA 135)的分析方法。根据样品溶解性将其用三氯甲烷-甲醇处理获得浸出液,用反相色谱柱梯度洗脱分离,荧光检测器进行检测。在给定的浓度范围内各荧光增白剂的浓度与峰面积具有良好的线性关系,相关系数( r)在0.9992~0.9998之间。添加水平在2.0~80μg/ kg 时,回收率为88.2%~96.6%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为2.02%~4.71%。方法检测限为1.0~8.0μg/ kg,定量限4.0~24.0μg/ kg。该法操作简便,准确度高,重现性好,是测定纸制包装材料中上述荧光增白剂的有效方法。

A HPLC method had been developed for the determination of eleven fluorescent whitening a-gents(FWA85,FWA351,FWA 52,FWA 184,FWA 199,FWA 367,FWA 368,FWA 378,FWA 393, FWA 185,FWA 135)in food contact materials of paper. Fluorescent whitening agents were extracted by chloroform-methanol then tested by the reverse-phase high performance liquid chromatography instrument with fluorescence detector. All the compounds exhibited good linear relationship with the correlation coef-ficient from 0. 999 2 to 0. 999 8. The recoveries were range 88. 2% ~ 96. 6% with the RSD values 2. 02%~ 4. 71% at the spiked levels from 2. 0 μg / kg to 80 μg / kg. The detection limits of the method were from 1. 0 μg / kg to 8. 0 μg / kg and the quantitations of the method were 4. 0 μg / kg to 24. 0 μg / kg. It is a con-venient,accurate and effective method to determine these fluorescent whitening agents in food contact ma-terials.
