目的 探究TPS、OPN与CEA检测在结肠癌诊断中的应用价值.方法 选取我院结肠癌患者(研究组)和健康体检者(对照组)各43例,分别对其血清TPS、OPN与CEA等进行检测.结果 研究组患者血清TPS、OPN和CEA指标水平均高于对照组(P<0.05),三者联合检测阳性率高于单项检测(P<0.05).结论 结肠癌采用TPS、OPN、CEA联合检测,应用价值高.

Objective To explore the application value of TPS,OPN and CEA in the diagnosis of colon cancer.Methods 43 cases of colon cancer patients (study group)and healthy persons(control group)were selected,the serum CEA,OPN and TPS were detected respectively. Results The levels of serum TPS,OPN and CEA in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),the positive rate of combined detection of the three was higher than that of single detection(P<0.05).Conclusion TPS,CEA and OPN are used to detect colon cancer have higher application value.
