论述了热网循环泵两种不同驱动方式下发电煤耗率、综合成本煤耗率、输出净功率的能量价值分析方法,并以某典型350MW机组在日常供热周期内不同负荷运行方式下的参数为例。计算结果表明,对于350MW新建火电机组热网投运阶段(50%~100%负荷),通过采用汽泵驱动的方式,较电泵驱动方式可节约运行成本33.44万元~107.02万元,综合成本煤耗率可降低0.2g/(kW· h)~1.2g/(kW· h),具有显著的经济效益。

Based on energy value analysis theory , This paper introduces three methods to coal consumption rate of power supply、integrated coal consumption rate and calculate net output power in two different driving modes for circulating heat supply pump,which takes the different operation parameters within the heating cycle of the typical 350MW unit as an example,the result shows that the steam turbine-driven circulation pump is better than the electric pump within heating cycle of 50%~100%for a new 350MW unit,which can reduce by 33.44RMB~107.02RMB and 0.2g/(kW· h) ~1.2 g/(kW· h).
