针对超超临界机组高压加热器(简称高加)汽水两侧压差急剧升高后所带来的问题,提出了一种降低汽水两侧压差的方法即将主给水泵的位置由高压加热器进口移动到高压加热器的出口,并以某电厂1000 MW超超临界机组为例,对主给水泵位置变化后所带来的问题进行了研究,并提出了相应的应对措施。研究结果表明,主给水泵位置变化后,高加汽水两侧压差大幅度降低到9.5MPa,并且对主给水泵的启动和运行不会带来影响。
針對超超臨界機組高壓加熱器(簡稱高加)汽水兩側壓差急劇升高後所帶來的問題,提齣瞭一種降低汽水兩側壓差的方法即將主給水泵的位置由高壓加熱器進口移動到高壓加熱器的齣口,併以某電廠1000 MW超超臨界機組為例,對主給水泵位置變化後所帶來的問題進行瞭研究,併提齣瞭相應的應對措施。研究結果錶明,主給水泵位置變化後,高加汽水兩側壓差大幅度降低到9.5MPa,併且對主給水泵的啟動和運行不會帶來影響。

Aiming at the problems bring from the high pressure heater steam pressure difference on both sides of the sharp rise in ultra supercritical unit ,this paper propose a method to reduce the steam pressure difference on both sides .It is that the location of the main feed water pump move from high pressure heater inlet to the outlet of the high pressure heater .And a power plant 1 000 MW ultra supercritical unit , as an example , has conducted the research to bring the main feed water pump position after the change , and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures .The results show that main to the change of the position of the water pump ,high-pressure steam pressure difference on both sides of the greatly reduced to 9.5 MPa.And the main pump start and run will not be to the impact .
