以棉酚为原料,采用半合成方法,制备棉酚氧化产物 gossypolone,采用 ESI-QTOF/ MS 飞行时间质谱和 LC-MS/ MS 对产物的结构进行验证,用 HPLC 分析产物的纯度。结果显示,产物的分子量、分子式、结构式均与棉酚氧化产物 gossypolone 一致,可以推测产物为棉酚氧化产物 gossypolone,纯度≥95%。

The oxidization process of gossypol was simulated by Semi-synthesis to prepare the gossypolo-ne. Then the structure of oxidization product was identified by LC-MS / MS and ESI-QTOF/ MS,the purity was analyzed by HPLC. The results indicated that the molecular weight,molecular formula,structural for-mula of product prepared in experiment were consistent with gossypolone. It can be inferred that the oxi-dization product was gossypolone,and the product content was up to 95% .
