知识搜索是下一代搜索引擎技术的关键技术，而知识库则是这项技术的核心。阐述了知识搜索与知识库的定义，介绍了国内外知识库的建设情况，在此基础上总结了我国在知识库建设上存在的问题，并提出了优化产业生态环境、加大共享力度、推动标准建设的政策建议，以此促进相关产业及技术的发展。

Knowledge search is the key technology of the next generation of search engine technology, and knowledge base is the core of this technology. This paper expounds the definition of knowledge search and knowledge base, introduces the construction situation of do-mestic and foreign knowledge base, and summarizes the problems existing in the construction of knowledge base in China, and puts for-ward some suggestions on optimizing industrial ecological environment, increasing the sharing feature and promoting the construction of standards, so as to promote the development of related industry and technology.
