目的 分析并研究降纤酶对伴有纤维蛋白原增高的脑供血不足患者的治疗效果.方法 选取4年间本院就诊的脑供血不足患者共110例,依据随机原则分为观察组(采用降纤酶治疗)与对照组(采用丹参川芎嗪治疗),分别比较其临床疗效.结果 经研究得出观察组采用降纤酶治疗患者的方法比对照组采用丹参川芎嗪治疗患者的方法效果好,组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 对伴有纤维蛋白原增高的脑供血不足患者采用降纤酶的治疗方法进行医治,效果满意.

Objective To analyze and study the therapeutic effect of defibrase in treatment of the patients with cerebral blood supply deficiency accompanied with the increase of fibrinogen.Methods A total of 110 patients with cerebral blood supply insufficiency in our hospital during 4 years were selected. According to the principle of random,it was divided into observation group(treated with defibrase)and control group(treated with salvia miltiorrhiza).Results Compared with the two groups,the curative effect of observation group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statisticaly significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment method for defibrase in treatment of the patients with cerebral blood supply deficiency accompanied with the increase of fibrinogen has a remarkable effect.
