通过对矿用自卸车氮缸结构的分析，提出了利用陶瓷压力传感器的变形量来获得其所承受的载荷量的车载称重方案。它采用称重技术在传感器内部采用高集成化、高智能化的处理单元，将模拟重量信号进行A/D转换等预处理，自动对应变式称重传感器的零点、温度、非线性、滞后、蠕变性能等进行数字化补偿，最后输出数字信号。试验及仿真结果表明，所构建的系统能有效地应用于矿用自卸车在线动态称重与矿山产量管理。

through the analysis of the dump truck nitrogen cylinder structure mining, put forward to get the vehicle load under the deformation of ceramic pressure sensor weighing scheme. It adopts weighing technology using processing unit, high integration, high intelligent at the sensor, analog weight signal A/D conversion pretreatment, automatic strain weighing sensor, temperature, zero, lag, nonlinear creep properties of digital compensation, finally the digital signal out-put. Experiment and simulation results show that, the system can be effectively used in mining auto-unloading vehicle dynamic weighing and mine production management.
