目的 探讨应用品管圈提升责任护士汇报病情准确率的效果.方法 在新疆博州人民医院泌尿外科应用品管圈活动,组建小组,结合本科实际情况设定目标值,活动完成后,对比责任护士病情汇报准确率.结果 QCC结束后责任护士病情汇报准确性由56.0%提升至88.0%.结论 应用品管圈可有效提升责任护士汇报病情准确性.

Objective To investigate the effect of application of the quality control circle to improve the accuracy of medical records. Methods In uropoiesis surgical department of Bozhou Xinjiang people's hospital, applying product tube circle activities,and unifiing the undergraduate of the actual situation in a target value. After the completion of the activity, comparative to analyze the responsibility nurse'disease reporting accuracy.Results After the end of QCC,the responsibility of the nurse's disease reporting accuracy promoted 56% to 88%.Conclusion Application of quality control circle can effectively improve the accuracy of the report.
