研究气动力矩的变化规律对蝶阀的可靠控制具有重要意义。以AP 1000核电汽轮机中压调节阀为研究对象,采用Fluent对调节阀开度为10°~80°的三维流场进行了数值模拟,得到了速度场、压力场分布以及气动力矩的变化规律。结果表明:速度分布和压力分布的不均匀性随调节阀开度的增加先增强后减弱,开度为30°时最为明显。气动力矩随调节阀开度的增加先增大后减小,开度为30°时达到最大值。

연구기동력구적변화규률대접벌적가고공제구유중요의의。이AP 1000핵전기륜궤중압조절벌위연구대상,채용Fluent대조절벌개도위10°~80°적삼유류장진행료수치모의,득도료속도장、압력장분포이급기동력구적변화규률。결과표명:속도분포화압력분포적불균균성수조절벌개도적증가선증강후감약,개도위30°시최위명현。기동력구수조절벌개도적증가선증대후감소,개도위30°시체도최대치。
The study of the change regulation of the aerodynamic torque is very important for the reliable control of butterfly valve.The study object is medium pressure regulating valve of AP 1000 nuclear power turbine ,the three dimensional flow field of the control valve opening degree between 10°~80 °was simulated by using Fluent ,the velocity field distribution ,the pressure field distribution and the change regulation of the aerodynamic torque are obtained .The results show: The nonuniformity of the velocity field distribution and the pressure field distribution first enhanced and then weakened with the increase of the valve opening degree ,30 degree is the most obvious .Aerodynamic torque first increase and then decrease with the increase of the valve opening degree ,when the opening degree is 30 degrees,the maximum value is reached .
