目的：探讨克拉霉素、鼻用激素、鼻腔冲洗联合治疗复发性鼻窦炎的临床疗效。方法收集2014年1月～2015年5月期间我院收治的复发性鼻窦炎患者共136例作为研究对象并随机分为两组，研究组68例，用克拉霉素片+布地奈德+生理盐水冲洗治疗，对照组68例用布地奈德+生理盐水冲洗治疗，治疗12周后比较临床疗效及临床症状评分。结果研究组总有效率明显高于对照组，两组差异有统计学意义（ P＜0.05）。治疗后两组嗅觉减退、头痛、鼻塞、流涕等症状评分较治疗前明显降低，研究组降低的程度高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论克拉霉素、鼻用激素、鼻腔冲洗联合应用治疗复发性鼻窦炎疗效显著，可明显缓解患者的临床症状体征，提高治疗有效率，可在临床推广应用。
목적：탐토극랍매소、비용격소、비강충세연합치료복발성비두염적림상료효。방법수집2014년1월～2015년5월기간아원수치적복발성비두염환자공136례작위연구대상병수궤분위량조，연구조68례，용극랍매소편+포지내덕+생리염수충세치료，대조조68례용포지내덕+생리염수충세치료，치료12주후비교림상료효급림상증상평분。결과연구조총유효솔명현고우대조조，량조차이유통계학의의（ P＜0.05）。치료후량조후각감퇴、두통、비새、류체등증상평분교치료전명현강저，연구조강저적정도고우대조조，차이유통계학의의（P＜0.05）。결론극랍매소、비용격소、비강충세연합응용치료복발성비두염료효현저，가명현완해환자적림상증상체정，제고치료유효솔，가재림상추엄응용。
ObjectiveTo investigate the effect of recurrent sinusitis treated with clarithromycin, nasal steroid nasal rinse.Methods136 cases of recurrent sinusitis patients were selected from January 2014 to May 2015 in our hospital, 136 cases were randomly divided into two groups, there were 68 cases in the study group and all the patients in this group were treated with clarithromycin tablets + budesonide + saline wash, there were 68 cases in the control group and all the patients in this group were treated with budesonide + saline, the clinical efficacy and clinical symptom scores of two groups after 12 weeks of treatment were compared.ResultsThe total effect of the study group was significantly higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Diminished sense of smell, headache, nasal congestion, runny nose and other symptoms score of two groups after treatment was significantly lower than before treatment, the reduce extent of the study group was bigger than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). ConclusionClarithromycin, nasal steroid nasal wash combined therapy of recurrent sinusitis significant effect, can significantly relieve the clinical signs and symptoms, improve treatment efficiency, clinical application in.
