我院药剂科在建立药学服务工作模式过程中发现，药品使用合理性不足，药师专业素质不强，患者不配合治疗等是开展药学服务所面临的主要问题。本研究将所出现的问题进行了全方面的总结，并提出了相应对策。通过开展药学服务，我院精神病药物的合理应用得到大大的促进，也使得药物的治疗效果有所提高。

The main problems of launching pharmaceutical services, which has been discovered during the process to establish the working mode of pharmaceutical care in pharmacy department of our hospital, were insufficient rationality of drug use, less pharmacist's professional quality, and imparity of patients' treatment and so on. To fifil aspect summarize the problems which had appeared, to propose corresponding countermeasures. Through the launching of pharmaceutical services, psychoactive drugs' reasonable application has obtained much promotion in our hospital, and the treatment effect of drug has been increased.
