目的 探讨儿科重症监护室(PICU)患儿家属疾病信息需求与信息交流情况.方法 使用问卷调查的方法,对我院100例进入到儿科重症监护室的患儿家属对疾病信息需求以及目前信息交流的情况进行相应的调查和分析.结果 儿科重症监护室患儿的家属对信息的需求主要是当前患儿疾病严重程度、相关保健知识.在信息的来源上,主要是来源于患儿的主管医生,交流的方式是通过和医生进行交流.结论 目前儿科重症监护室患儿家属对于其疾病信息需求强烈,并自觉的通过一些渠道了解患儿的相关疾病信息.但在信息的交流方式上单一,同时对护理信息的交流较少.

목적 탐토인과중증감호실(PICU)환인가속질병신식수구여신식교류정황.방법 사용문권조사적방법,대아원100례진입도인과중증감호실적환인가속대질병신식수구이급목전신식교류적정황진행상응적조사화분석.결과 인과중증감호실환인적가속대신식적수구주요시당전환인질병엄중정도、상관보건지식.재신식적래원상,주요시래원우환인적주관의생,교류적방식시통과화의생진행교류.결론 목전인과중증감호실환인가속대우기질병신식수구강렬,병자각적통과일사거도료해환인적상관질병신식.단재신식적교류방식상단일,동시대호리신식적교류교소.
Objective To investigate the pediatric intensive care unit (PICU)children parents'needs and exchange information.Methods We used questionnaires to investigated and analyzed the parents'needs and current exchange situation of information in the 100 cases of our Pediatric Intensive Care Unit(PICU).Results For children parents in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit(PICU),their main information demands were the current severity of disease and related health care knowledge. On the sources of information,it was mainly from the doctor in charge of children. On the way to communication,it was through the form of doctors' individual exchanges.Conclusion For patients of the children in Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU),their demands of disease information needs are strongly currently. And they can consciously through a number of channels to understand the information of children'related diseases. But in the communication of information,they seem to be rather simple,and they exchange less nursing information at the same time.
