目的 对老年胫腓骨远端骨折采用胫前减张切口联合锁定加压钢板治疗的临床疗效及安全性进行观察与探讨.方法 对2013年6月~2015年6月在我院接受治疗的92例老年胫腓骨远端骨折患者进行临床研究,按照治疗方式的不同分为两组,每组46例,对对照组进行锁定加压钢板治疗,对研究组进行胫前减张切口联合锁定加压钢板治疗,分析两组的效果.结果 研究组患者的治疗优良率(97.83%)与对照组患者(76.09%)相比,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 对老年胫腓骨远端骨折患者进行胫前减张切口联合锁定加压钢板治疗的效果好.

Objective To observe clinical efficacy and safety of distal tibia and fibula fractures in elderly patients with tibialis anterior incision to reduce tension and locking compression plate.Methods From June 2013 to June 2015 in our hospital,treated 92 cases of elderly patients with distal tibia fracture,according to different treatment methods were divided into two groups,each group of 46 cases. The control group of patients with locking compression plate fixation, and the study group patients with tibialis anterior incision to reduce tension. Then to analyze the effect of two groups of patients.Results The study group of patients'treatment efficiency was 97.83% and the control group was76.09%,the difference was statisticaly significant,(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical efficacy of distal tibia and fibula fractures in elderly patients with tibialis anterior incision to reduce tension and locking compression plate is better.
