为了创制新、奇、特大白菜优异 DH 系,丰富大白菜种质资源,试验以3个“娃娃菜”优良杂交种为试材进行小孢子培养,通过优化培养条件建立高效培养体系,对影响小孢子胚发生的主要因素研究,结果表明:不同基因型间的小孢子胚诱导率差异极显著;4℃低温预处理24 h 对小孢子胚的发生具有促进作用;33℃条件热击48 h,胚诱导率达最大值;NLN-13+0.05 mg /L 6-BA +0.05 mg /L NAA 为适宜的诱胚培养基。

위료창제신、기、특대백채우이 DH 계,봉부대백채충질자원,시험이3개“왜왜채”우량잡교충위시재진행소포자배양,통과우화배양조건건립고효배양체계,대영향소포자배발생적주요인소연구,결과표명:불동기인형간적소포자배유도솔차이겁현저;4℃저온예처리24 h 대소포자배적발생구유촉진작용;33℃조건열격48 h,배유도솔체최대치;NLN-13+0.05 mg /L 6-BA +0.05 mg /L NAA 위괄의적유배배양기。
This study is to develop new,odd,excellent DH lines in Chinese Cabbage for rich in Germplasm Resources.Isolated microspore culture was employed in 7 hybrid varieties.An efficient culture system was es-tablished through the optimization of culture conditions.Results showed that embryoids and 335 regenerated plants were obtained.Genotypes had extremely significant effect on frequency of embryogenesis.Low tempera-ture pretreatment at 4 ℃ for 24 h couldenhance embryo frequencies.Temperature pretreatment at 33 ℃ for 48 h couldenhance embryo frequencies.NLN-13 +0.05 mg /L 6-BA +0.05 mg /L NAA could improve the fre-quency ofmicrospore embryogenesis.
