目的 探讨对脑卒中患者应用早期强化认知功能训练结合运动想象疗法进行治疗的临床效果.方法 选择神经内科160例脑卒中患者作为研究对象,随机分为观察组(n=80)和对照组(n=80),对照组采用常规护理,观察组在此基础上予以早期强化认知功能训练结合运动想象疗法进行治疗,比较两组患者的临床效果.结果 持续治疗4周后,观察组患者的简易上肢机能检查(STEF)结果、简式Fugl-Meyer运动功能评定量表(FMA)结果以及改良Barthel指数(MBI)结果均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 针对脑卒中患者应用早期强化认知功能训练结合运动想象疗法进行治疗,可以有效提升患者的认知功能,有利于患者预后.

Objective To explore the effect of early application enhanced cognitive function training combined with motor imagery therapy for cerebral stroke patients.Methods 160 patients of department of neurology were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group(80 cases in each group). The patients in the control group were given conventional nursing,the patients in the observation group were given conventional nursing plus early strengthening cognitive function training combined with motor imagery therapy,then to compare the clinical effect of two groups of patients.Results After 4 weeks of continuous treatment,simple upper limb function test of two groups of patients (STEF)results,simple type Fugl-Meyer motor function assessment scale (FMA)and the results of modified Barthel index(MBI)results were significantly higher than that before treatment,and the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,with significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Early application of cognitive enhancement function training combined with motor imagery therapy can effectively improve the cognitive function of patients.It is conducive to the prognosis of patients.
