目的：探讨凉血解毒汤联合心理干预预防寻常型银屑病复发的效果。方法：选取临床治愈的寻常型银屑病患者100例，随机平分为两组，对照组给予凉血解毒汤预防复发，观察组在对照组的基础上给予心理干预预防复发。随访观察治疗后2年两组患者复发情况、心理状况及生活质量。结果：观察组治疗后2年的复发率，PASI评分、SAS评分、SDS评分、SCL-90评分及DLQI评分及中医伴随症状发生率均明显低于对照组，差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：凉血解毒汤联合心理干预可改善寻常型银屑病患者的心理状况，降低复发率，减轻皮损面积及严重程度，减少伴随症状，提高生活质量。
목적：탐토량혈해독탕연합심리간예예방심상형은설병복발적효과。방법：선취림상치유적심상형은설병환자100례，수궤평분위량조，대조조급여량혈해독탕예방복발，관찰조재대조조적기출상급여심리간예예방복발。수방관찰치료후2년량조환자복발정황、심리상황급생활질량。결과：관찰조치료후2년적복발솔，PASI평분、SAS평분、SDS평분、SCL-90평분급DLQI평분급중의반수증상발생솔균명현저우대조조，차이구유통계학의의(P＜0.05)。결론：량혈해독탕연합심리간예가개선심상형은설병환자적심리상황，강저복발솔，감경피손면적급엄중정도，감소반수증상，제고생활질량。
Objective:To investigate the effect of Liangxue Jiedu decoction combined with psychological intervention on the prevention of recurrence of patients with psoriasis vulgaris.Methods:100 patients with clinical cure of psoriasis vulgaris were selected,they were randomly divided into the two groups on average.Patients of rhe control group were given Liangxue Jiedu Decoction in prevention of recurrence,patients of the observation group were given psychological intervention to prevent recurrence based on the control group.The recurrence,psychological status and quality of life of the two groups were followed up for 2 years.Results:The recurrence rate,PASI scores,the SAS scores,SDS scores,SCL-90 scores,DLQI scores and the incidence of symptoms in Traditional Chinese Medicine of the observation group after 2 years of treatment were significantly lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Liangxue Jiedu decoction combined with psychological intervention can improve the psychological status of patients with psoriasis vulgaris,reduce recurrence rate,reduce the psoriasis area and severity,reduce associated symptoms and improve quality of life.
