Compound danshen dripping pills%Simvastatin%Coronary heart disease
目的：探讨复方丹参滴丸与辛伐他汀联合用药治疗冠心病的临床效果。方法：收治慢性心力衰竭患者114例，随机分成观察组和对照组各57例。对照组给予硝酸酯类、血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂或血管紧张素Ⅱ受体拮抗剂及β受体阻滞剂，同时给予辛伐他汀治疗；观察组在对照组的基础上增加复方丹参滴丸治疗。对比两组患者的疗效。结果：治疗后，两组患者收缩压、舒张压均明显降低，两组之间的差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。治疗后，观察组血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、HDL-C、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、TC/HDL-C明显优于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论：复方丹参滴丸与辛伐他汀联合用药治疗冠心病能够明显稳定血压，降低血脂水平，疗效显著。

목적：탐토복방단삼적환여신벌타정연합용약치료관심병적림상효과。방법：수치만성심력쇠갈환자114례，수궤분성관찰조화대조조각57례。대조조급여초산지류、혈관긴장소전환매억제제혹혈관긴장소Ⅱ수체길항제급β수체조체제，동시급여신벌타정치료；관찰조재대조조적기출상증가복방단삼적환치료。대비량조환자적료효。결과：치료후，량조환자수축압、서장압균명현강저，량조지간적차이유통계학의의(P＜0.05)。치료후，관찰조혈청총담고순(TC)、감유삼지(TG)、HDL-C、고밀도지단백담고순(HDL-C)、저밀도지단백담고순(LDL-C)、TC/HDL-C명현우우대조조(P＜0.05)。결론：복방단삼적환여신벌타정연합용약치료관심병능구명현은정혈압，강저혈지수평，료효현저。
Objective:To explore the clinical curative effect of compound danshen dripping pills and simvastatin drug combina-tion in the treatment of coronary heart disease.Methods:114 patients with chronic cardiac failure were selected.They were random-ly divided into the observation group and the control group with 57 cases in each.The control group was given nitric acid esters, angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitors or angiotensin Ⅱ receptor blockers and β alpha blockers,and given simvastatin treat-ment.The observation group was given compound danshen dripping pills on the basis the control group.The curative effects of two groups were compared.Results:After treatment,the systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure of two groups were signifi-cantly decreased,the difference between two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the serum total choles-terol(TC),serum triglyceride(TG),HDL-C,high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C),low density lipoprotein cholester-ol(LDL-C),TC/HDL-C of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The compound danshen dripping pills and simvastatin drug combination in the treatment of coronary heart disease can significantly stabilize blood pressure, reduce blood lipid level,the curative effect is significant.
