Integrated traditional chinese and western medicine%Infantile diarrhea%Jianpi Zhixie Decoction
目的：观察中西医结合治疗小儿腹泻的临床效果。方法：收治腹泻患儿90例，按照治疗方法的不同平均分为两组。对照组给予西药治疗，对存在脱水的患儿提供补液和抗感染治疗；观察组在西药治疗的基础上应用中药治疗方法：对比两组患儿的治疗效果。结果：观察组患儿治疗总有效率高于对照组，结果：差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：与传统西药治疗相比，中西医结合治疗小儿腹泻的临床效果显著。

목적：관찰중서의결합치료소인복사적림상효과。방법：수치복사환인90례，안조치료방법적불동평균분위량조。대조조급여서약치료，대존재탈수적환인제공보액화항감염치료；관찰조재서약치료적기출상응용중약치료방법：대비량조환인적치료효과。결과：관찰조환인치료총유효솔고우대조조，결과：차이구유통계학의의(P＜0.05)。결론：여전통서약치료상비，중서의결합치료소인복사적림상효과현저。
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of integrated traditional chinese and western medicine in the treatment of infantile diarrhea.Methods:90 cases of diarrhea in children were selected,according to the different treatment methods they were divided into the two groups on average.Patients in the control group were treated with Western medicine,for children with dehydration provided rehydration and anti-inflammatory treatment.Patients in the observation group were treated with Chinese traditional medicine on the basis of Western medicine treatment,we compared the treatment effect of the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect integrated traditional chinese and western medicine in the treatment of infantile diarrhea is significant compared with traditional western medicine.
