政府信息公开在各国政府信息服务发展中势在必行。由于我国政府信息公开的主动权和控制权掌握在政府部门手中，政府公开信息的质量问题逐渐突出。在对现有信息质量研究进行述评的基础上，分别从政府信息公开的信息质量和政府信息的公开质量两个方面来探讨政府公开信息质量的概念及内涵，并基于政府信息生产与管理者角度、政府信息使用者角度和政府信息公开角度分析政府公开信息质量的内涵及维度划分，分析了不同类型政府公开信息的核心质量维度，较为全面地探讨了政府公开信息质量的概念及内涵。

In the process of developing government services, government information publicity all over the world is imperative. The gov-ernment information publicity being controlled by government departments, the problem of information quality in China is becoming in-creasingly prominent. As a comprehensive analysis on the quality of government public information, based on a review of information quality research, this article discusses the concept and connotation of “the quality of government public information” from the quality of government information and quality of government information publicity, and then analyzes the dimensions of the quality of government public information from the perspectives of the information producer and manager, information user, and information publicity.
