机构知识库是机构知识环境一个重要的基础设施。以北京邮电大学机构知识库的建设为例，基于知识生态环境的理念，分别从外部环境与内在环境的角度来分析机构知识库构建的需求，提出将机构知识库集成到现有机构知识环境的设计思路与实现途径，展望机构知识库可持续发展、知识生态环境逐步形成的前景。

Institutional repository is an important cyber-infrastructure of knowledge ecological environment. Based on the survey of institu-tional repository(IR) development of Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications,this paper analyzes the requirement of IR con-struction around its external and internal environment, and discusses a possible solution of integrating the IR into the institutional knowl-edge environment. Finally,it provides an outlook of the future of IR sustainable development and knowledge ecological environment evol-ving.
