目的 分析牙龈与牙槽嵴修整手术在牙齿修复中的效果.方法 选取我院收治的60例行牙齿修复的患者作为观察对象,收治时间为2011年3月~2014年8月,随机分成两组,每组30例.对照组采取牙冠修复术,实验组在牙冠修复术前采取牙龈与牙槽嵴修整手术,比较两组患者治疗后的临床疗效及患者的满意度.结果 两组患者的满意度及总有效率的比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 对行牙齿修复的患者在牙冠修复术前采取牙龈与牙槽嵴修整手术,能够有效提高患者的满意度.

목적 분석아간여아조척수정수술재아치수복중적효과.방법 선취아원수치적60례행아치수복적환자작위관찰대상,수치시간위2011년3월~2014년8월,수궤분성량조,매조30례.대조조채취아관수복술,실험조재아관수복술전채취아간여아조척수정수술,비교량조환자치료후적림상료효급환자적만의도.결과 량조환자적만의도급총유효솔적비교,차이유통계학의의(P<0.05).결론 대행아치수복적환자재아관수복술전채취아간여아조척수정수술,능구유효제고환자적만의도.
Objective To analyze results of the gingival and alveolar ridge trimmed surgical in dental restoration.Methods 60 patients admitted to our hospital treated by routine dental restoration as the observed object from March 2011 to August 2014. They were randomly divided into two groups,30 cases each. The control group took the crown prosthetics,and the experimental group taking the crown prosthetics gingival and alveolar ridge dressing operation. Two groups' efficacy and patient satisfaction were compared after treatment.Results Satisfaction and overal efficiency of the two groups had difference,and the difference was statisticaly significant(P<0.05).Conclusion sFor patients with dental restorations before taking the crown prosthetics took gingival and alveolar ridge repair surgery,can effectively improve patients' satisfaction.
