目的:探讨不同浓度氟化物对氟斑牙牙釉质的硬度值及表面微观结构的影响。方法2012年6月~2014年6月期间收集氟斑恒牙60颗,按照随机数字表法分为对照组、低氟组及高氟组。对照组置于蒸馏水中,低氟组置于低浓度氟化液中,高氟组置于高浓度氟化液中。用显微硬度计和扫描电镜分别测定3组浸泡前后的釉质表面硬度值和釉质表面微观及形态的变化。结果浸泡后,低氟组牙釉质显微硬度最高,高于对照组和高氟组(P<0.01),而对照组牙釉质显微硬度高于高氟组(P<0.01)。对照组浸泡后牙釉质显微硬度和浸泡前比较无明显变化(P>0.05),低氟组浸泡后牙釉质显微硬度明显较浸泡前提高(P<0.01),高氟组浸泡后牙釉质显微硬度明显较浸泡前降低(P<0.01)。扫描电镜照片显示,对照组样本与高氟组样本釉质表面未见反应物沉积,低氟组样本釉质表面可见反应物沉积。结论低浓度氟化物制剂可防止牙釉质脱矿、促进牙釉质再矿化、提升氟斑牙患者牙釉质硬度,进而保持患者牙齿健康。

목적:탐토불동농도불화물대불반아아유질적경도치급표면미관결구적영향。방법2012년6월~2014년6월기간수집불반항아60과,안조수궤수자표법분위대조조、저불조급고불조。대조조치우증류수중,저불조치우저농도불화액중,고불조치우고농도불화액중。용현미경도계화소묘전경분별측정3조침포전후적유질표면경도치화유질표면미관급형태적변화。결과침포후,저불조아유질현미경도최고,고우대조조화고불조(P<0.01),이대조조아유질현미경도고우고불조(P<0.01)。대조조침포후아유질현미경도화침포전비교무명현변화(P>0.05),저불조침포후아유질현미경도명현교침포전제고(P<0.01),고불조침포후아유질현미경도명현교침포전강저(P<0.01)。소묘전경조편현시,대조조양본여고불조양본유질표면미견반응물침적,저불조양본유질표면가견반응물침적。결론저농도불화물제제가방지아유질탈광、촉진아유질재광화、제승불반아환자아유질경도,진이보지환자아치건강。
ObjectiveTo study the effect of different concentrations of fluoride on dental enamel hardness values and surface microstructure. Methods 60 fluorosis teeth were collected between June 2012 to June 2014, andaccording to the random number table method they were divided into the control group, low fluoride group and high fluoride group. The control group were placed in distilled water, low fluoride group were placed in the low concentration fluoride solution, high fluoride group were placed in the high concentration fluoride solution. Microhardness and scan electron micrography were used respectively to determinate the changes in enamel surface hardness and enamel surface micro morphology of three groups before and after immersion.Results After soaking, the enamel microhardness of low fluoride group was highest, higher than that of control group and high fluoride group (P<0.01), and enamel microhardness of control group was higher than that of group high fluoride(P<0.01). The enamel microhardness of control group before and after soaking was of no significant difference (P>0.05), and the enamel microhardness of low fluoride group after soaking was significantly increased than before soaking (P<0.01), and in group high fluoride after soaking the enamel microhardness was significantly reduced than before soaking (P<0.01). Scan electron micrography picture showed, in control group and high fluoride group enamel surface had no reaction deposits, enamel surface of low fluoride group had reaction deposits.ConclusionLow concentration of fluoride preparation can prevent the enamel demineralization and promote enamel mineralization again, fluorine spot tooth enamel hardness patients, which can keep the patient dental health.
