目的 探讨人性化护理在甲状腺手术患者中的作用和效果.方法 选取100例甲状腺手术患者,分为两组并进行焦虑情况测试,对照组采取常规的护理方法,观察组在常规护理的基础上采取人性化护理.结果 对照组焦虑情况高于观察组,两组比较,结果差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 人性化护理用于甲状腺手术患者不仅能减少患者的不良情绪,还能够减少患者并发症.

목적 탐토인성화호리재갑상선수술환자중적작용화효과.방법 선취100례갑상선수술환자,분위량조병진행초필정황측시,대조조채취상규적호리방법,관찰조재상규호리적기출상채취인성화호리.결과 대조조초필정황고우관찰조,량조비교,결과차이구유통계학의의(P<0.05).결론 인성화호리용우갑상선수술환자불부능감소환자적불량정서,환능구감소환자병발증.
Objective To investigate the role and effects of humanized nursing in patients with thyroid surgery.Methods 100 cases of thyroid surgery patients were divided into two groups and tested anxiety. Control group adopted the method of routine nursing care,and observation group on the basis of conventional nursing took humanized care.Results The situation of anxiety in control group was higher than the observation group. Two groups existed obvious difference(P<0.05),and it was statisticaly significant.Conclusion The humanized nursing for patients with thyroid surgery can not only reduce the patient's bad mood,also can reduce complications.
