目的:探讨头孢克肟和头孢克洛治疗小儿急性支气管炎的临床效果。方法回顾性分析我院68例急性支气管炎患儿的病例资料,按照给药不同分为对照组(32例)与治疗组(36例),对照组给予头孢克洛治疗,治疗组给予头孢克肟治疗。比较两组患儿的临床疗效、相关症状消失时间及不良反应发生情况。结果经治疗,治疗组临床总有效率为91.7%,显著高于对照组(78.1%,P<0.05);治疗组退热时间、啰音、咽充血及咳嗽消失时间均显著小于对照组(P<0.05);且两组均无明显不良反应。结论头孢克肟治疗小儿急性呼吸道感染支气管炎较头孢克洛临床效果更显著,症状消失时间短,安全性更高。

목적:탐토두포극우화두포극락치료소인급성지기관염적림상효과。방법회고성분석아원68례급성지기관염환인적병례자료,안조급약불동분위대조조(32례)여치료조(36례),대조조급여두포극락치료,치료조급여두포극우치료。비교량조환인적림상료효、상관증상소실시간급불량반응발생정황。결과경치료,치료조림상총유효솔위91.7%,현저고우대조조(78.1%,P<0.05);치료조퇴열시간、라음、인충혈급해수소실시간균현저소우대조조(P<0.05);차량조균무명현불량반응。결론두포극우치료소인급성호흡도감염지기관염교두포극락림상효과경현저,증상소실시간단,안전성경고。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of cefixime in treatment of children with acute bronchitis. Methods 78 cases children with acute bronchitis were divided into the control group and treatment group follow the treatment medicine retrospectively. The control group(32 cases) was treated by cefaclor, and observation group(36 cases) was treated by cefixime. And the clinical curative effect, the symptoms disappear time, the inflammatory factor levels and adverse reactions occur between the two groups were compared. Results After the treatment, the clinical effective rate of observation group was 91.7%, significantly higher than control group (78.1%,P<0.05).The defervescence time, the sound disappear time, the congestion of throat disappearance time and cough disappearance time of observation group were significantly less than the control group (P<0.05).There was no obvious adverse reaction in the two groups.Conclusion The cefixime on the treatment of children with acute bronchitis is more prominent and secure, and the defervescence time is shorter.
