目的：探讨丹参多酚酸盐治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床疗效及安全性。方法将80例冠心病心绞痛患者按照入院先后随机分为对照组（n=40）与观察组（n=40），两组均予血小板黏附聚集及稳定粥样斑块等常规治疗，观察组在此基础上静滴丹参多酚酸盐进行治疗。比较两组临床疗效、治疗后前生活质量及运动耐量、治疗前后心脏彩超所示左室结果指标水平、不良反应发生率。结果（1）经治疗，对照组临床总有效率为78.95%，显著低于观察组（92.86%）（P＜0.05）；（2）两组治疗后，观察组患者生活质量评分明显优于对照组（P＜0.05），其6min步行距离差异亦具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；（3）治疗结束后，观察组患者左室射血分数（LVEF）明显优于对照组（P＜0.05），且其左室舒张末期内径（LVEDd）、左室收缩末期内径（LVESd）及左房内径（LADd）亦显著小于对照组，且上述指标差异均具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；（4）对照组不良反应发生率为10.0%，观察组为7.5%，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论丹参多酚酸盐治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床疗效显著，可有效改善患者生活质量，不良反应发生率低，应在临床上进行推广。
목적：탐토단삼다분산염치료관심병심교통적림상료효급안전성。방법장80례관심병심교통환자안조입원선후수궤분위대조조（n=40）여관찰조（n=40），량조균여혈소판점부취집급은정죽양반괴등상규치료，관찰조재차기출상정적단삼다분산염진행치료。비교량조림상료효、치료후전생활질량급운동내량、치료전후심장채초소시좌실결과지표수평、불량반응발생솔。결과（1）경치료，대조조림상총유효솔위78.95%，현저저우관찰조（92.86%）（P＜0.05）；（2）량조치료후，관찰조환자생활질량평분명현우우대조조（P＜0.05），기6min보행거리차이역구유통계학의의（P＜0.05）；（3）치료결속후，관찰조환자좌실사혈분수（LVEF）명현우우대조조（P＜0.05），차기좌실서장말기내경（LVEDd）、좌실수축말기내경（LVESd）급좌방내경（LADd）역현저소우대조조，차상술지표차이균구유통계학의의（P＜0.05）；（4）대조조불량반응발생솔위10.0%，관찰조위7.5%，차이무통계학의의（P＞0.05）。결론단삼다분산염치료관심병심교통적림상료효현저，가유효개선환자생활질량，불량반응발생솔저，응재림상상진행추엄。
Objective To investigate the safety and the clinical efficacy of salvianolate in treating of angina pectoris. Methods 80 patients with angina pectoris were randomly divided into control group and observation group according to the suitable for admission.Firstly,the two groups were given antiplatelet adhesion,stability of atherosclerotic plaques and other conventional treatment.The observation group were given Salvia miltiorrhiza polyphenols acid salt on the basis of conventional treatment .The clinical curative effect, life quality and exercise tolerance, heart colour to exceed index and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results (1)After the treatment, the total effective rate of control group was 78.95%, was significantly lower than the observation group (92.86%) (P< 0.05). (2)The quality of life score and 6 min walking distance of observation group were better than the control group,the difference was significant between two groups(P<0.05). (3)After the treatment, the LVEF in the observation group was better than the control group (P<0.05).At the same time, the LVEDd, LVESd and LADd in the observation group were also significantly less than the control group, and the differences were significant (P<0.05) . (4)The incidence of adverse reactions of control group was 10.0%, and the observation group was 7.5%,There was no statistically significant difference between them (P>0.05).Conclusion Salvianolate in treating of angina pectoris has a good curative effect, and it can effectively improve the patients quality of life, reduce the incidence of adverse reactions, and it should be to promote in clinic.
