为了快速准确地评价交联聚合物冻胶强度,将旋转黏度计法与突破真空度法相结合,提出了黏度定量突破真空度法。该方法先通过测定实验体系的几个突破真空度值(BV)与相应黏度,做出标准曲线,之后可以通过测定的该体系其他BV值,从曲线上直接得出对应的体系黏度。以HPAM-铬冻胶体系为例,研究了不同聚合物质量分数、交联剂质量分数、温度和矿化度条件下,冻胶体系BV值与对应黏度的关系,结果表明:在实验条件范围内,无论体系的强度是增大或减少,黏度都表现出相应的线性变化关系,从而证实了所提出的黏度定量突破真空度法的可信性。使用瓜胶-有机硼冻胶体系和黄原胶-有机铬冻胶体系进一步验证了该方法的普适性,表明该方法可在简单易行的实验条件下,准确反映出体系的冻胶强度。

Through the combination of rotational viscometer method and breakthrough vacuum value method, the breakthrough vacuum value method through viscosity quantiifcation is presented. Through testing the breakthrough vacuum value (BV) and corresponding viscosity of several systems, the standard curve was made. Then by measuring the other BV values of the system, the viscosity can be directly obtained from the curve. Taking HPAM-chromium gel system as an example, research was conducted on the relation between BV value of gel system and the corresponding viscosity under conditions of mass fractions of various polymers, mass fraction of crosslinking agent, temperature and salinity of the system. It revealed that, within the scope of experimental conditions, viscosity always showed corresponding linear change, no matter the strength of the system increased or decreased, therefore it demonstrates the reliability of breakthrough vacuum value method through viscosity quantiifcation. By the application of hydroxypropyl guar gum-organoboron gel and xanthan gum-chromium gel, the universal adaptation of the method was further demonstrated, showing that this method accurately relfects the gel strength of the system under simple experimental conditions.
