目的 研究新型鼻塞持续气道正压治疗新生儿低氧血症疗效.方法 选取我院68例新生儿低氧血症患者,根据不同治疗方法分为两组(n=34例),观察组给予新型鼻塞持续气道正压治疗,对照组给予气管切开机械通气治疗.结果 两组患者治疗后SpO2、PaO2均高于治疗前,组间比较具有统计学意义.但PaCO2低于治疗前,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组间对比差异没有统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组患者不良反应发生率为2.9%,与对照组患者23.5%比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 新型鼻塞持续气道正压措施可改善新生儿低氧血症患者临床症状,降低并发症发生率.

Objective To study curative effect of the new nasal continuous positive airway pressure in treatment of neonatal hypoxemia curative effect.Methods Selected from 68 patients with neonatal hypoxemia,according to the different treatment methods were divided into two groups(n=34). Observation group was given new congestion continuous positive airway pressure treatmen. The control group was given tracheotomy mechanical ventilation treatment. ResultsSpO2,PaO2 after treatment in both groups were higher than before the treatment, the difference was statisticaly significant. But PaCO2 was lower than before treatment,the difference was statisticaly significant(P<0.05). The contrast between the two groups had no significant significance(P>0.05). Observation group of patients the incidence of adverse reactions was 2.9%,compared with the control group patients were 23.5%,the difference was statisticaly significant(P<0.05).Conclusion New nasal continuous positive airway pressure measures can improve clinical symptoms in patients with neonatal hypoxemia,and reduce the incidence of complications.
