目的 探讨冠心病患者PCI术后二级预防管理措施实施效果.方法 选择PCI术后100例患者作为研究对象,随机分为观察组(n=50)和对照组(n=50),观察组着重进行二级预防项目管理,对照组仅接受常规管理.干预3个月后采用二级预防管理项目调查表评价两组患者的二级预防管理效果.结果 两组患者管理3个月后,观察组二级预防各管理项目得分均高于对照组,两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 二级预防管理有利于提高患者自我管理能力,对患者形成合理的生活方式、早日回归社会等产生积极影响.

Objective To observe the implementation effect of secondary prevention and management for patients with coronary heart disease after PCI.Methods 100 patients after PCI were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group(50 cases in each group). The patients in observation group focused on two grade of prevention project management,and the patients in control group only received routine management. After 3 months of intervention,secondary prevention management project survey scale was used to evaluate the effect of secondary prevention and management in both groups of patients.Results After 3 months of management,the score of al secondary prevention management projects in experimental group was higher than that in control group,the difference was statisticaly significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Secondary prevention and management is conducive to improving the patient's self-management ability,and has a positive impact on the formation of a reasonable way of life and the early return to society.
