基于时间相关单光子计数原理的探测系统,设计并实现了一种新型的X射线激发发射光谱仪,以有效探测高能X射线激发闪烁体的发光强度(尤其是微弱的发光)及相关的余辉特性测量. 通过对常见的CsI( Tl)、LYSO( Ce)闪烁晶体和Tb3+激活硅酸盐闪烁玻璃等的测试结果表明,所研制的X射线激发发射光谱仪能很好地满足闪烁材料的研发需要.
基于時間相關單光子計數原理的探測繫統,設計併實現瞭一種新型的X射線激髮髮射光譜儀,以有效探測高能X射線激髮閃爍體的髮光彊度(尤其是微弱的髮光)及相關的餘輝特性測量. 通過對常見的CsI( Tl)、LYSO( Ce)閃爍晶體和Tb3+激活硅痠鹽閃爍玻璃等的測試結果錶明,所研製的X射線激髮髮射光譜儀能很好地滿足閃爍材料的研髮需要.

A novel X-ray excited luminescence spectrometer is designed and set up based on the time correla-ted single photon counting technology. This spectrometer realized is effectively utilized to detect the X-ray ex-cited luminescence and afterglow spectra of scintillating materials,even in the case of weak scintillators. The testing for the famous CsI( Tl) ,LYSO( Ce) scintillating crystals and Tb3+-activeted silicate scintillating glasses is considerably verified to be reasonable. All the testing results suggest that the developed X-ray excited lumi-nescence spectrometer can be well fit the researching and developing requirements of scintillating materials.
