in order to solve the blackening process in production, the prevalence of poor adhesion, blackenedfilm defects such as uneven, color un-straight, the work-piece rusty, blackening process and the key points of production are introduced systematicly, and discussed thefilm-forming mechanism of normal temperature nigrescence process, based on which the proposed countermeasure for the above defects and improvement measures are came up with.
