针对"示波法显示稳压二极管的伏安特性曲线"存在的问题,提出了改进方法. 利用霍尔电流传感器解决原有电路在原理上的缺陷. 模拟仿真和实验结果均显示,改进后的检测电路具有更好的示波显示效果和易调节性,可以更加准确的显示稳压二极管的伏安特性曲线.
針對"示波法顯示穩壓二極管的伏安特性麯線"存在的問題,提齣瞭改進方法. 利用霍爾電流傳感器解決原有電路在原理上的缺陷. 模擬倣真和實驗結果均顯示,改進後的檢測電路具有更好的示波顯示效果和易調節性,可以更加準確的顯示穩壓二極管的伏安特性麯線.

According to the problem when displaying voltage-ampere characteristic of diode by oscillometric method,we put forward an improved method. Using the Hall current sensor solves the principle defect on origi-nal circuit. Analog and experimental results show that the improved detection-circuits are better on the oscillo-scope display and are easy to regulated,and the voltage-ampere characteristic of diode is showed more accu-rately.
