目的分析宫颈癌术后阴道断端复发调强放射治疗联合插植调强近距离后装治疗近期疗效.方法 2012年1月~2014年12月本院收治的30例宫颈癌术后阴道断端复发患者,均行放射治疗,24例联合全身化疗.放射治疗采用调强放射治疗联合插植调强近距离后装治疗.化疗方案为紫杉醇+卡铂、顺铂+5-FU.结果随访时间为6~45个月,中位随访时间27个月,随访率100%.完全有效率CR及部分有效率PR分别为80.00%(24/30)、93.33%(28/30).4例出现I~II度放射性直肠炎.结论宫颈癌术后阴道断端复发调强放射治疗联合插植调强近距离后装治疗疗效满意,副反应小,患者能耐受.

Objective To observe the efficacy and toxicities of intensity modulated radiotherapy concurrent with implanted intensity modulated brachytherapy for vaginal stump recurrence of cervical cancer after surgery.Methods From January 2012 to December 2014,30 patients with vaginal stump recurrence of cervical cancer after surgery were treated by intensity modulated radiotherapy concurrent with implanted intensity modulated brachytherapy. Results The overal response rate was 93.33%. No patient suffered more than grade Ⅲ toxicities.Concusion Intensity modulated radiotherapy concurrent with implanted intensity modulated brachytherapy is effective for recurrent vaginal stump of cervical cancer after surgery. Bracytherapy as post-radiation boost dilived more conformal doses to the targets. The adverse reaction was tolerable.
