To improve inspection sensitivity, the measured material comes to saturation magnetization is required. It can reduce value of the smallest flaws which the inspection system discover. The comparison of ferromagnetism material magetization configration is done between broken way and circle in the paper. That the material''s magnetizaton curve is measured under in circle way is brought forward. The broken way of magnetization curve is also related with shape and size. And on the basis of the broken way of magnetization discusses magnetization of the magneticflux leakage testing method.
