目的 探讨血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和同型半胱氨酸(HCY)水平与心血管疾病的相关性.方法 选取我院100例心血管病患者,按照疾病类型分为急性冠状动脉综合征(ACS)组、不稳定型心绞痛(UAP)组、动脉粥样硬化(AS)组,另选取同期体检健康者50例作为健康对照组,测定所有研究对象的血清SOD和HCY水平,并进行相关性分析.结果 3种心血管疾病患者的血清SOD水平低于健康对照组, HCY水平高于健康对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),与治疗前比较,ACS组与AS组患者治疗后血清SOD水平均升高,HCY水平均下降,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),且ACS组及AS组患者血清SOD与HCY水平均呈负相关(相关系数r 分别为0.901、0.924, P<0.05).结论 血清SOD和HCY水平检测对ASC与AS的治疗和预后有重要的临床指导价值.

Objective To explore the correlation between the levels of serum homocysteine(HCY)and superoxide dismutase(SOD)with cardiovascular diseases.Methods 100 patients with cardiovascular diseases were selected and divided into the acute coronary syndrome(ACS)group ,unstable angina pectoris (UAP)group and the atherosclerosis(AS)group according to the disease types,contemporaneous 50 individuals of healthy physical examination were selected as the healthy control group ,the serum SOD and HCY levels were detected in al the research subjects and the correlation was analyzed. Results The serum SOD level in the 3 cardiovascular disease groups was significant lower than that in the healthy control group,while the HCY level was higher than that in the healthy control group,the diferences between them had statistical significance(P<0.05). Compared with those before treatment,the serum SOD levels after treatment in the ACS group and the AS group were significant increased and the serum HCY levels were significant decreased with statistical diferences(P<0.05), moreover serum SOD and HCY levels showed the negative correlation in the ACS group and the AS group(r=0.901、0.924,P<0.05).Conclusion Detecting serum SOD and HCY levels could have an important guidance value to the treatment and prognosis of ACS and AS .
