中国在与周边国家关系方面，提出“周边命运共同体”的概念，强调“睦邻、安邻、惠邻”的周边外交政策，主张“与邻为善，以邻为伴”的理念。分析认为，周边关系的核心应是准确划分相互关系的类型，区分双边关系的性质，以发展的眼光动态地处理周边关系，才能建立真正的“命运共同体”。
中國在與週邊國傢關繫方麵，提齣“週邊命運共同體”的概唸，彊調“睦鄰、安鄰、惠鄰”的週邊外交政策，主張“與鄰為善，以鄰為伴”的理唸。分析認為，週邊關繫的覈心應是準確劃分相互關繫的類型，區分雙邊關繫的性質，以髮展的眼光動態地處理週邊關繫，纔能建立真正的“命運共同體”。
중국재여주변국가관계방면，제출“주변명운공동체”적개념，강조“목린、안린、혜린”적주변외교정책，주장“여린위선，이린위반”적이념。분석인위，주변관계적핵심응시준학화분상호관계적류형，구분쌍변관계적성질，이발전적안광동태지처리주변관계，재능건립진정적“명운공동체”。
China puts forwards the concept of “Common Destiny Relation”, emphasizes foreign policy of “Good Neighborhood, Safe Neighborhood, Beneficial Neighborhood” and sticks to the notion of “Good to Neighbors, Friendly to Neighbors”. Actually the kernel of neighboring relationship ought to be classifying relationship types accurately, differentiating the properties of bi-lateral relationship accurately, dealing with neighborhood dynamically in the light of development, only by this can we establish a real “Common Destiny Relation”.
