非开挖顶管施工技术被广泛应用于穿越公路、铁路、河流、闹市区等不允许或不能开挖条件下进行各种管道的铺设、更换和修复,以减小对环境的影响。将针对具体工程案例,采用有限元分析软件 ABAQUS 对污水管顶管施工对既有互通式立交变形影响进行三维数值模拟、计算及分析,力求掌握在顶管工程施工过程中,桥梁桩基础的沉降和变形,并通过计算分析指导施工,确保临近公路的结构安全和运营安全。

Trenchless pipe jacking construction technology has been widely applied in undercross-ing the roads,railways,rivers,and downtown,where are not allowed to or unsuitable for excavation of pipe laying,replacement and repair.This method can minimize the impact on the environment and nearby structures.This paper simulates a real project using ABAQUS.The numerical analysis focus on the de-formation of tunnel due to excavation step by step.The aim of this analysis is to investigate the develop-ment of tunnel deformation.Furthermore,cases with different protection measures is compared.The results is very useful for the engineer to conduct the construction,making sure the safety of the road tunnel near-by the deep excavation.
