目的 分析肋骨骨折X线平片的漏诊原因,并提出必要改进措施.方法 回顾我院近几年收治的肋骨骨折患者540例,回顾分析患者临床资料,统计患者经X线片诊断时漏诊情况,总结其原因.结果 540例肋骨骨折患者在首次X线平片诊断中,24例患者未发生肋骨骨折情况,占4.4%.患者在第2次摄片全部诊断,未出现漏诊情况.24例漏诊患者中,11例患者临床定位不准确,5例患者摄片位置限制,2例投照条件不合理,1例阅片不仔细,3例胸腔较多积液影响摄片;2例摄片经验不足.结论 不合理的检查体位、阅片不仔细、不合理投照条件等是导致X线平片诊断肋骨骨折漏诊的原因,临床需针对漏诊原因采取针对性措施,提高患者诊断率.

목적 분석륵골골절X선평편적루진원인,병제출필요개진조시.방법 회고아원근궤년수치적륵골골절환자540례,회고분석환자림상자료,통계환자경X선편진단시루진정황,총결기원인.결과 540례륵골골절환자재수차X선평편진단중,24례환자미발생륵골골절정황,점4.4%.환자재제2차섭편전부진단,미출현루진정황.24례루진환자중,11례환자림상정위불준학,5례환자섭편위치한제,2례투조조건불합리,1례열편불자세,3례흉강교다적액영향섭편;2례섭편경험불족.결론 불합리적검사체위、열편불자세、불합리투조조건등시도치X선평편진단륵골골절루진적원인,림상수침대루진원인채취침대성조시,제고환자진단솔.
Objective To analyze the causes of misdiagnosis of X-ray plain film for rib fracture and put forward the necessary improvement measures. MethodsReview of our hospital 540 cases of rib fractures patients treated in recent years, retrospective to analyze the clinical data of patients by the X-ray diagnosis of misdiagnosis and the situation,summed up the reason.Results 540 patients with fracture of ribs in the diagnosis of X-ray plain film for the first time,24 patients without rib fracture,accounting for 4.4%. Patients on the second all diagnosed, and misdiagnosis did not happen. 24 cases misdiagnosed of patients,11 patients positioning inaccurate,5 patients were taken position limits, 2 cases of exposure condition was unreasonable,1 case was not careful reading,3 cases of pleural effusion more radiography,2 cases of radiography lack of experience. Conclusion Unreasonable inspection position,not careful reading,unreasonable exposure conditions are the causes of misdiagnosis of X-ray plain film in the diagnosis of rib fractures. The clinical need to take targeted measures to improve the diagnostic rate.
