目的：探讨产前护理干预对产后抑郁症发生情况的影响。方法：将88例孕妇随机分为观察组和对照组各44例，对照组给予常规孕期保健教育，观察组在此基础上给予产前护理干预，比较两组的临床效果。结果：观察组产后抑郁症发生情况低于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论：产前护理干预能够有效减少产后抑郁症的发生。

목적：탐토산전호리간예대산후억욱증발생정황적영향。방법：장88례잉부수궤분위관찰조화대조조각44례，대조조급여상규잉기보건교육，관찰조재차기출상급여산전호리간예，비교량조적림상효과。결과：관찰조산후억욱증발생정황저우대조조(P＜0.05)。결론：산전호리간예능구유효감소산후억욱증적발생。
Objective:To observe the impact of prenatal nursing intervention on the occurrence of postpartum depression.Methods:88 pregnant women were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 44 cases in each.The control group was given routine pregnancy health education.The observation group was given prenatal nursing intervention on this basis. The clinical effects of two groups were compared.Results:The occurrence of postpartum depression in the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Prenatal nursing intervention can effectively reduce the occurrence of postpartum depression.
