目的：探讨综合护理干预在治疗急性上消化道出血中的作用。方法：收治急性上消化道出血患者90例，随机分为干预组和对照组各45例。对照组给予一般常规护理，干预组给予综合护理干预。结果：干预组患者均在48 h内停止出血，对照组则没有有效止血，其中7例在72 h以上才完全止血，两组止血时间比较，差异有显著性差异(P＜0.05)。结论：在急性上消化道出血的治疗中，综合护理干预能够有效缓解患者的紧张情绪，提高治疗的效果，达到止血的目的。
목적：탐토종합호리간예재치료급성상소화도출혈중적작용。방법：수치급성상소화도출혈환자90례，수궤분위간예조화대조조각45례。대조조급여일반상규호리，간예조급여종합호리간예。결과：간예조환자균재48 h내정지출혈，대조조칙몰유유효지혈，기중7례재72 h이상재완전지혈，량조지혈시간비교，차이유현저성차이(P＜0.05)。결론：재급성상소화도출혈적치료중，종합호리간예능구유효완해환자적긴장정서，제고치료적효과，체도지혈적목적。
Objective:To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on acute upper digestive tract hemorrhage. Methods:90 patients with acute upper digestive tract hemorrhage were selected.They were randomly divided into the intervention group and the control group with 45 cases in each.The control group was given conventional nursing.The intervention group was given comprehensive nursing intervention.Results:The patients in the intervention group had stopped bleeding within 48 hours. While the control group did not stop the bleeding,7 cases had stopped bleeding more than 72 hours.The hemostasis times of two groups were compared with significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment of acute upper digestive tract hemorrhage, the comprehensive nursing intervention can effectively relieve the emotional tension of patients,improve the treatment effect,and achieve the purpose of stopping the bleeding.
