目的 探讨异位妊娠患者应用阴道彩超与腹部彩超检测的临床诊断价值.方法 选择我院收治的119例异位妊娠患者,将患者按照就诊顺序分为对照组和实验组,对照组59例患者,实验组60例患者,实验组患者行阴道彩超检查,对照组患者行腹部彩超检查.结果 实验组的检出率高于对照组,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义,实验组的诊断时间提前于对照组,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义.结论 对于异位妊娠患者行阴道彩超检查结果更准确,同时与腹部彩超相结合可以更好的提高诊断率,降低漏诊及误诊几率,对异位妊娠患者做到早诊断、早治疗,从而保证患者的生命安全.

Objective To investigate the clinical value of transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy.Methods 119 cases of ectopic pregnancy in our hospital were divided into control group and experimental group according to the order of treatment. 59 patients in the control group, 60 patients in the experimental group,the experimental group were treated with transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound examination,and the control group were treated with abdominal color Doppler ultrasound examination.Results The detection rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group,P<0.05,the difference was statisticaly significant. The diagnosis time in the experimental group was earlier than that the control group,P<0.05, the difference was statisticaly significant.Conclusion For patients with ectopic pregnancy,transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound examination results were more accurate,and combined with abdominal color Doppler ultrasound can better improve the diagnosis rate, reduce the missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis probability. For patients with ectopic pregnancy,early diagnosis,early treatment is Important to ensure the patient's life safety.
